Cellentani with Spinach and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz cellentani pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and onion powder. Whisk in milk and cream.
  • Gradually stir in cheeses until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine pasta, spinach, and cheese sauce. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Top with extra cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
